EES checks are delayed again
The biometric border checks planned by countries in the Shengen zone have had their implementation date pushed back. The checks, which were feared to cause long queues for UK passengers at EU borders, were due to be implemented on October 6. The new date is believed to be November 17, but even this is not confirmed.
